Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or your preferred contact method. Clear processing and delivery timelines are considered a best practice for ecommerce shipping policies.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
